Privacy and service information
What we collect
When you sign in with your ABT email-and-password account, Firebase Authentication verifies your identity. The portal receives your account identifier, verified email address, and available display name. Your password is sent directly to Firebase Authentication and is not stored in our ticket database. Requests include the name, company, subject, category, and messages you provide.
How we use it
ABT uses these details to respond to enquiries, manage support requests, and maintain a conversation record. Authorised support staff can access tickets. Internal staff notes are not shown in customer conversations.
Your account
ABT Customer Support uses the ABT Ride Firebase project for account authentication. Email-and-password accounts can be used across both services. Email verification and password reset messages are sent by Firebase. Signing out here clears this portal’s session from the current browser tab; it does not sign you out of other ABT services.
Your information
Submit only details needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identity documents, or medical records. You can request correction or removal of your information through a portal ticket. Requests and messages are stored in the hosted support database until reviewed for removal; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.
Service expectations
The portal accepts requests at any time. A submission confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee a response time, staffing availability, or acceptance of a paid engagement. Channels, hours, pricing, and responsibilities are agreed separately.
Replies appear inside the portal. Email, phone, and WhatsApp notifications are not enabled. Return to the portal to check for updates. This is not an emergency service.
